We use The Courier Guy for all our deliveries nationwide, ensuring fast and reliable service right to your doorstep.

Delivery Areas
We deliver across South Africa, including major cities and most regional areas. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • Delivery Times:

    • Main Centers: 1–3 business days

    • Outlying Areas: 2–5 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays or unexpected courier delays.

Shipping Fees

  • Flat Rate Shipping: R172 nationwide per case.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number. You can track your parcel on www.thecourierguy.co.za.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout to avoid delays.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by The Courier Guy or incorrect addresses provided.

  • If your parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, re-delivery fees may apply.
