Our Brambleberry G&T begins with our 43% premium orchard-to-bottle Classic Gin, infused with handpicked brambleberries from the Clarens countryside. After several months, the gin transforms into a deep purple-red hue and develops a complex, wine-like character unlike anything you've sipped before.

Pre-mixed with our house-crafted tonic water, the result is a sophisticated, fruit-forward G&T that’s smooth, sweet, and full of rich berry depth — reminiscent of Muscadel or noble late harvest wines.

At a mellow 5% Alc/Vol, it’s an easy-drinking pour that surprises and delights.
